We have specialized in offering quality panelized, framing packages for over 36 years. Framing packages are the most cost effective method of construction. A framing package allows you to be an owner-builder and in control of the construction of your dream home. You may do some or all of the work, or hire sub-contractors directly to keep your building costs down. Since the wall panels are constructed in a factory controlled environment, you have a higher quality of building materials and less job waste. Panelized wall framing allows for a shorter construction time frame and reduces the downtime from inclement weather.

Denise Dugger, owner of Perma-Dwell Homes believes in personalized service and commitment. Raised in the small town of Truckee, CA, Denise has intimate knowledge of the foothills and mountains of Nevada County. After working for 18 years in the finance industry in the Bay Area, she returned to Nevada County in 2001 to take over ownership and operation of Perma-Dwell Homes (which her dad had founded and operated since 1973.)
Over the years Denise recognized how critical the selection of the land was to the viability and ultimate success of a building project. Seeing that owners were not being guided to purchase appropriate parcels to build their dream homes, Denise decided to take action. She acquired her real estate license to provide a comprehensive service to her growing roster of clients by assisting them from the onset with their land purchase.
Denise partners her award winning construction expertise with Paul Law Realty’s sixty year record of excellence in customer service. This partnership in our region uniquely serves those who are ready to bring their dreams to fruition.
