What is a Panelized Building Package?

Packaged Homes, also called Panelized building packages, & Kit homes, are the most cost effective method of construction. A Home Package allows you to be an owner-builder and in control of the construction of your dream home.

It is a stick built product, computer designed and precision cut in a factory and shipped in easily erected panels. You may do some or all of the work, or hire sub-contractors directly to keep your building costs down.

Since the wall panels are constructed in a factory controlled environment, you have a higher quality of building materials and less job waste.
Panelized wall framing allows for a shorter construction time frame and reduces the downtime from inclement weather.
